Shipping & Returns

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.

While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.

Delivery Options UK

We ship all orders in the UK for FREE via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. See details below:

  • 3-5 working days for parcel delivery with online tracking.
  • Royal Mail will keep you up to date via email with where your order is
      1. When it has left the warehouse.
      2. When it has reached our local sorting office.
      3. When it has reached the customer’s sorting office.
      4. When it has been delivered to the customer.
  • Royal Mail will attempt to deliver the parcel twice. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon later that same day
  • If both deliveries are unsuccessful, the parcel will be automatically left with a neighbour
  • Orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive your parcel within 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer.
  • Orders placed on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday.
  • You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.
  • You will receive 4 email notifications and updates regarding the status of your order.

*Please note that in the event of adverse weather, please be advised that deliveries may be affected and we cannot guarantee all delivery times. Please be assured that Royal Mail will work as hard as they can to deliver parcels as normal, and will get your parcel to you as soon as they are able to. Please be aware that in some instances your parcel may be delayed due to adverse weather on the route from our warehouse, even if your local area itself is not affected. There may also be delays during public holiday periods.

Delivery Options EU/International

EU Orders will be delivered with 7-10 days working days from the day after the purchase.

Orders outside the UK and EU will be delivered up to 15 working days from purchase.

Returns

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@loveoudh.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@loveoudh.com and follow the return instructions provided with your delivery.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product please follow the return instructions provided with your delivery.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
