FAQ'S

WHAT IS OUDH

Oudh is the main base we use for our perfume oils

Oudh comes from the wood of the tropical Agar (Aquilaria) tree. The tree is believed to have originated in the Assam region of India, from there spreading to populate Bangladesh and much of Southeast Asia.

When the wood of this tree gets infected with a parasitic mould it reacts by producing a precious, dark, and fragrant resin. This is the perfume ingredient oud, which is also called agarwood, oudh, agalocha, aloeswood, or eaglewood. Agarwood is a rarity on many fronts. Because the resin is only triggered by the mould, it's estimated that a total of 2 percent of these trees produce it. Not only does this raise the price of the oil, the wood is also one of the most expensive on the market.
ARE YOUR PERFUME OILS NATURAL AND VEGAN FRIENDLY?

Our perfume oils or Attar are pure 100% natural and vegan friendly. Alcohol and chemical free, our oils are derived from the petals of flowers, spices, herbs and barks. Our perfume oils are distilled using completely natural methods from the botanicals.

HOW DO I APPLY MY PERFUME OIL?

Apply your perfume oil to your pulse points. The "pulse points" are locations on the body where the blood vessels are closest to the skin. These spots emanate heat, which can help fragrance to emanate from your skin into the air.  Apply your perfume to these points — namely, the inner wrists, the base of the throat, behind ear lobes, in the cleavage, behind knees, and the inner elbows.

HOW LONG WILL MY PERFUME OIL LAST?

Our perfume oils are highly concentrated so a small bottle should last you several weeks, if not months.

Our perfume oils should last on the body for 8-16 hours.
